1. You promised Politico to break ground by May 1st or June 1st. Have you broken ground yet? If so, where. Provide proof.
2. You promised to break ground in April during a March interview. Have you broken ground yet? If so, where. Provide proof.
3. Which landowner is providing the property for your project? Are you under contract? Do you have a properly recorded land deed and title insurance showing clear ownership? If so, where. Which county? Provide proof.
4. You said on Facebook this week that you’ll be breaking ground “shortly.” What does shortly mean? Please provide copies of all local permit applications, engineering reports, architectural plans and any other relevant documents that detail what you shall do “shortly.”
